If you receive a bounced back email saying that the ipaddress has been black listed by the spam organization,it means that the said ipaddress have sent a spam mail and it has been blacklisted.If you recognize the reported IP as your local one, you should request its delisting from the RBL system of the organization which has added it to their blacklist.
